CONSTRUCTION At this stage DA approval has been issued, private certifier and engineer have been appointed, this is where we step in to complete the puzzle in order to be issued your CC. Now sit back at let us mange your project to completion.
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT At this stage you have an idea, know what you require, But where do you start. This is where we step in and guide you from concept to completion. We work and collaborate with some of Sydney’s leading architects and interior designers to bring your project to life. We will then engage our Private Certifier and structural engineer completing our puzzle, followed by obtaining DA and CC approval from council and then of course our most enjoyable time, managing your project to completion.
ALTERATIONS & REMODELLING At this stage there are no additions to your home, just alterations. For example bathroom, kitchen renovations, replacing doors, skirtings, light fittings, new floor finishes, painting etc.
